PAF High Pressure Filter

Use:


It is installed in the pipeline after the working oil pump of the hydraulic system and in front of the hydraulic components to be protected.
 

Basic parameters:


1. Quota flow: 30 ~ 660L/min;
2. Filtering accuracy: 2, 5, 10, 20 microns (users can specify separately according to actual work needs);
3. Working pressure: maximum 420bar;
4, working temperature:-30°C ~ 120 °;
5, the transmitter alarm pressure: 5bar;
6, bypass valve opening pressure: 6bar.

Use:


It is installed in the pipeline after the working oil pump of the hydraulic system and in front of the hydraulic components to be protected.
 

Basic parameters:

2. Filtering accuracy: 2, 5, 10, 20 microns (users can specify separately according to actual work needs);
3. Working pressure: maximum 210bar;

Use:


It is installed in the pipeline after the working oil pump of the hydraulic system and in front of the hydraulic components to be protected.

PDF high pressure Duplex Filter

Use:


Installed after the working oil pump of the hydraulic system, in the pipeline before the hydraulic components that need to be protected, the product is equipped with a switching valve, a set of filters work, and a set of spare, which can meet the continuous operation of the system without stopping.
 

Basic parameters:


1. Quota flow: 30 ~ 660L/min; 2. Filtering accuracy: 2, 5, 10, 20 microns (users can specify separately according to actual work needs);
3. Working pressure: maximum 315bar;
4, working temperature:-30°C ~ 120 °;
5, the transmitter alarm pressure: 5bar;
6, bypass valve opening pressure: 6bar.

Note:


When replacing the filter element, first turn the switching valve to connect the working filter group, close the filter group that needs to be replaced, and then replace the spare group filter element according to the steps.

Use:


It is installed in the hydraulic system pipeline to filter the working fluid of the system. The product has a double switching form, which can meet the requirements of continuous work and no shutdown of the system.
 

Basic parameters:


1. Quota flow: 60 ~ 10320L/min;
2. Filtering accuracy: 2, 5, 10, 20 microns (users can specify separately according to actual work needs);
3. Working pressure: maximum 16bar;
4, working temperature:-30°C ~ 120 °;
5, the transmitter alarm pressure: 2bar;
6, bypass valve opening pressure: 3bar.

Note:


If a double-switching filter is used, when replacing the filter element, first turn the switching valve to connect the working filter group, close the filter group that needs to be replaced, and then replace the filter element of the spare group filter element according to the steps.

Use:


It is installed on the plate mounting block after the working oil pump of the hydraulic system and in front of the hydraulic components to be protected.
 

Basic parameters:


1. Quota flow: 30 ~ 660L/min;
2. Filtering accuracy: 2, 5, 10, 20 microns (users can specify separately according to actual work needs);
3. Working pressure: maximum 320bar;
4, working temperature:-30°C ~ 120 °;
5, the transmitter alarm pressure: 5bar;
6, bypass valve opening pressure: 6bar.
 

Note:


When installing the product, pay attention to the direction of oil circulation in and out.










HSF high pressure Spin-on Filter

HSF high pressure Spin-on Filter

Use:


Installed in the hydraulic system, can be used as oil suction, oil return or low pressure filter.
 

Basic parameters:


1. Quota flow: 60 ~ 240L/min;
2. Filtering accuracy: 2, 5, 10, 20 microns (users can specify separately according to actual work needs);
3. Working pressure: maximum 12bar;
4, working temperature:-30°C ~ 120 °;
5, the transmitter alarm pressure: 1.5bar;
6, bypass valve opening pressure: 2bar.
 

Note:


When replacing and installing the filter element, tighten it by 3/4 circle according to the figure on the filter element.










PSF Low pressure Spin-on Filter

PSF Low pressure Spin-on Filter

Use:


Installed in the hydraulic system, can be used as oil suction, oil return or low pressure filter.
 

Basic parameters:


1. Quota flow: 300L/min;
2. Working pressure: maximum 12bar;
3, working temperature:-30°C ~ 120 °;
4, the transmitter alarm pressure: 1.5bar;
 

Note:


When replacing and installing the filter element, tighten it by 3/4 circle according to the figure on the filter element.








PTF High Pressure Tube Filter

PTF High Pressure Tube Filter

Use:


Install it on the top of the hydraulic system reservoir, connect the return line, and filter the hydraulic oil returned to the hydraulic reservoir.
 

Basic parameters:


1, line flow: 40 ~ 500L/min;
2. Filtering accuracy: 5, 10, 20 microns (users can specify separately according to actual work needs);
3. Working pressure: maximum 10bar
4, working temperature:-30°C ~ 120 °;
5, the transmitter alarm pressure: 1.5bar;
6, bypass valve opening pressure: 1.75bar.

Note:


When installing the product, use a splash guard (included with the product).










PVF high pressure Sandwich Stack Filter

Use:


Installed in the hydraulic valve group of the hydraulic system to protect the hydraulic components behind the product.
 

Basic parameters:


1. Quota flow: 30 ~ 110L/min;
2. Filtering accuracy: 2, 5, 10, 20 microns (users can specify separately according to actual work needs);
3. Working pressure: maximum 315bar;
4. Working temperature:-20°C ~ 110 °;
5, the transmitter alarm pressure: 8bar;
