STF Self-seal Tank-side Suction Filter
Use:
It is installed upstream pump and on the side of the tank.
Basic parameters:
1. Flow: 63 ~ 1200L/min;
Removal Rating: 50, 100, 180 microns (users can specify according to actual requirement);
Working temperature:-30 ° C ~ 110 °;
4. Indicator Setting:-0.25bar;
5. Bypass Setting:-0.3bar.
Note:
1. The installation position of the filter should be located below the minimum liquid level line of the oil tank to prevent the pump suction;
2. Before replacing the filter element, (rotate the bolt on the top of the filter, withdraw 33mm) close the self-sealing valve;
3. After replacing the filter element, open the self-sealing valve (rotate the bolt on the top of the filter to end).
Use:
It is installed upstream of the oil suction pump of the hydraulic system and on the oil suction pipe inside the hydraulic oil tank.

Note:
The installation position of the product should be located below the minimum liquid level line of the oil tank to prevent the oil suction pump from being empty.
Use:
Install it on the top of the hydraulic system reservoir, connect the return line, and filter the hydraulic oil returned to the hydraulic reservoir.

Use:

Use:

Use:

Note:

Use:
It is installed in the hydraulic system pipeline to filter the working fluid of the system. The product has a double switching form, which can meet the requirements of continuous work and no shutdown of the system.

Note:

It is installed on the plate mounting block after the working oil pump of the hydraulic system and in front of the hydraulic components to be protected.

When installing the product, pay attention to the direction of oil circulation in and out.
HSF high pressure Spin-on Filter
Use:
Installed in the hydraulic system, can be used as oil suction, oil return or low pressure filter.
