RAF Tank-top Return Filter

RAF Tank-top Return Filter

Use:


Install it on the top of the hydraulic system reservoir, connect the return line, and filter the hydraulic oil returned to the hydraulic reservoir.
 

Basic parameters:


1, line flow: 40 ~ 500L/min; 2. Filtering accuracy: 5, 10, 20 microns (users can specify separately according to actual work needs);
3, working pressure: maximum 3bar
4, working temperature:-30°C ~ 120 °;
5, the transmitter alarm pressure: 1.5bar;
6, bypass valve opening pressure: 1.75bar.

Note:


When installing the product, use a splash guard (included with the product).

RHF Tank-top Return Filter

Use:


Install it on the top of the hydraulic system reservoir, connect the return line, and filter the hydraulic oil returned to the hydraulic reservoir.
 

Basic parameters:


1. Quota flow: 40 ~ 1000L/min;
2. Filtering accuracy: 5, 10, 20 microns (users can specify separately according to actual work needs);

4, working temperature:-30°C ~ 120 °;
5, the transmitter alarm pressure: 1.5bar;

RIF In-tank Return Filter

RIF In-tank Return Filter

Use:


It is installed in the hydraulic system oil tank, and the return line is connected to the front filter oil tank, and then returns to the main hydraulic oil tank through the filter. The product is equipped with magnetic steel, which can absorb metal impurities in the oil before filtering and prolong the working life of the product.
 

Basic parameters:


1. Quota flow: 170 ~ 2000L/min;
2. Filtering accuracy: 2, 5, 10, 20 microns (users can specify separately according to actual work needs);
3. Working pressure: maximum 10bar
4, working temperature:-30°C ~ 120 °;
5, the transmitter alarm pressure: none;
6, bypass valve opening pressure: 1.5bar.

RSF Tank-side Return Filter

RSF Tank-side Return Filter

Use:


Install it on the side or bottom of the hydraulic oil tank of the hydraulic system, connect the return line, and filter the hydraulic oil returned to the hydraulic oil tank. The product is equipped with a self-sealing valve to ensure that the oil in the oil tank does not flow out when the filter element is replaced.
 

Basic parameters:


1. Quota flow: 63 ~ 1000L/min;
2. Filtering accuracy: 2, 5, 10, 20 microns (users can specify separately according to actual work needs);
3. Working pressure: maximum 16bar;
4, working temperature:-30°C ~ 120 °;
5, the transmitter alarm pressure: 3.5bar;
6, bypass valve opening pressure: 4bar.

Note:


1. Before replacing the filter element, (turn the bolt on the top of the product counterclockwise) close the self-sealing valve;
2. After replacing the filter element, open the self-sealing valve (turn the top bolt of the product clockwise).
